Deyor Camps - Amount not Refunded

Even after the resort cancelled the booking and also we did cancellation of the booking , token amount for booking is not refunded. The terms and conditions explained by the travel agent stated the total booking amount will be refunded if hotel does not confirm the booking. The resort didnot confirm the booking , we also cancelled the booking the very next day , so in both cases booking amount should have been refunded by Deyor Camps but now they are saying they will not return any amount . It is broad daylight looting of our hard earned money.
