Byjus Classes - Amount not refunded from Byjus despite several calls and reminder

I had purchased a course package from Byjus at rs *****. The class was not satisfactory and were many issues reported to the mentor and the councellor but the issue never got resolved. Hence per their commitment of ** days cancellation policy, we asked them to cancel my order and refund the money. Request ID: ********. After that we have been trying to reach them through the customer care no and email for the refund but no reply!! Such a pathetic situation, I had paid with cc and it's due for the payment, because of their horrible service I am loosing my **k and also paying the interest to the cc company.
