I was trying to book a guest house for our trip.
I was using my friend account to make the booking, but the booking details which I gave is of my name.
We booked the guest house, we were taken to payment page, we made the payment using UPI QR code scanner, amount got deducted but the booking was not processed, I'm unable to reach their customer support number, since the booking was made from my friend account, when we logged into our friend account, no booking details was available under my trips, so not sure how to take it further.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
