Ola Cab - Amount deducted wrongly not refunding

On **th October ****, I made a ride on OLA Cabs, which costed ****/- After the ride OLA deducted Rs **** & **** for the same Ride(CRN **********). I raised many tickets asking for refund of Rs ****/-, but I didn't get any response, everytime they closed the tickets saying, "we tried reaching you on your Mobile no., but you didn't pick, hence closed the ticket". The Tickets raised till now for the same issue are (*********, *********, *********, *********, *********,*********)
