Raj filed complaint against OYO on Jan 4, 2024
I was trying to book a stay in dehradun from the date **th december **** to **th december ****. The amount came around Rs **** which i paid through phonepay having transaction ID (T**********************) at *:** AM on **th december ****. As there was no booking ID generated for the transaction , the support team from oyo are denying the amount that OYO has received. I have tried more than ** times to reach out and stayed on calls for hours but no help. I am feeling as if OYO is doing some kind of fraud by not refunding the amount credited without a booking ID created. Please help

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
