Devi Sasikumar filed complaint against Air India on Oct 27, 2020
I tried making a booking on Air India (Vande Bharat) from Chicago to Bengaluru on Sep **,**** using my credit card. Reference Id : ***********. The amount was deducted from my account, but I did not get any booking confirmation and was redirected to Air India home page. I waited for a while and still did not get any booking confirmation or email.
I again made another booking (Reference Id : ***********) and then the booking was successful.
Kindly look into the deducted amount of Rs. *****.** and issue a refund as soon as possible.
