Kethireddy Jyothireddy filed complaint against AirIndia Airlines on Nov 28, 2020
This is in regard to the booking on **th November **** done via customer service agent for a travel plan on **th November from Chicago- Hyderabad &Hyderabad- Chicago in January Month:****
My sister name: Krishneveni Kethireddy
PNR: ZC*FH: We have paid: ****** INR for two way.
To book the ticket my sister approached AI customer service and all the details including her two kids are given. During payment, there was a difficulty, and Customer support had shared the link to her email ID.
The payment was done successfully and the customer agent has informed my sister that ticket will be generated as payment is received and ticket details will be sent to her by the next day. But then there was no response. Finally when we called, were informed that the ticket got auto-canceled. Called customer support to ask for the reissue or Refund, AI customer service agents are not responding properly on this.
