We booked a flight from Delihi to San Francisco (SFO) on *th July and cancelled on same day for some personal reasons.The Departure date of flight was **th of July *:**AM from DELIHI and flight number was AI***.
we called air India customer executives many times and mailed them but didn't get my refund yet.
This is all going from last *months.They replied only once in email I mailed them multiple times.
we know about refund rules i have to got ****** rs. We want my full refund because of my mental harrasment and carelessness by air India.
Please help me to get my refund.
