On **th November, **** I was ordering a laptop from Dell.co.in named Vostro ****. I proceeded for payment and as I scanned the QR , the amount of Rs.*****.** was deducted from my bank account. But due to some error the order was not placed. I immediately wrote email to the consumer team .
Its been a week now, I have written ** emails to different mail ids and called the Dell Customer Care ** times but they keep on transfering my call to other representatives and eventually hang up the call and not a single reply has been received from their side..
I have the evidence of payment too.
