Mahadevapa filed complaint against VRL Travels on May 12, 2019
I and my aged and disabled mother were travelling from Gulbarga to Bangalore. The ticket was booked on *th of April. The amounts deducted successfully also message displayed ticked booked successfully. But neither the email nor SMS received.
When we went to board the bus on *nd to my surprise ticket were not booked. We need to pay surge price for booking my loss was ****. But my disabled mother had to go through a lot of hardships.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
