Vrl travels - Bus got cancelled

We have booked bus from Bangalore to kolhapur at **.** pm bus and they asked to come at * pm which is highly impossible for as we are staying far away from Anand Rao circle and also having office. Finally bus got cancelled.

VRL Travels – Cancellation of ticket and refund of the same Open
