My wife is travelling from Pune to Nagpur in the bus owned by VRL travels. The bus broke down near Karanja. When called at the office in Pune, the person was very rude and did not answer my queries properly. This is the second time the bus has broken down on the same route. How can a company as reputed as VRL provide such a substandard service? How the safety of passengers is taken for granted by the service provider. Details of the journey, bus no.
