- Amount debited from credit card but not added to wallet or refunded to creditcard Closed

On **st dec ****, Rs. *****/- (including mobikwik charges) was deducted from my American express credit card while adding cash to my wallet.
But after entering verification, mobikwik showed a message that the transaction had failed and if the amount deducted from my credit card, the same will be reversed to my credit card in * to ** working days.
It is more than ** days now, amount neither credited to my mobikwik wallet nor credited to my credit card account.
Please look into this issue and credit my wallet or my credit card immediately.
