Mobi Kwik - Mobikwik Charged 399 for Activation without any prior notice and also didn t receive any cashback

I placed an order on Tata *mg on **.*.** of ₹*** via Mobikwik because they were giving cashback upto ₹***. After i open the app to pay from upi just after opening app the app requested to enable fingerprint so i did then the app opened and i got a pop up that the payment is successful so i search in the app on how did the payment happen then i opened the zip option it showed my used balance were the amount *** + *** Activation fee that i didn't wanted to use i was very angry at this moment because I was completely unaware that I would be charged such a big amount for using Mobikwik's. No other payment services that I've used so far asked for any kind of Activation Fee except Mobikwik. I also didn't receive any kind of cashback that I was supposed to get from my *mg Order.all this, I contacted them to revise my order and they said they cant help me with that . Please help me get my money back and also get justice for such fraudulent by such a big Banking company.
