Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have ever never connected with IDFC first bank but showing personal loan of Rs. ****/- on my name.
I had requested to IDFC bank to close this loan and this may be impact on my Cibil score.
IDFC bank replied that personal loan account will be close only after closing from Mobikwik.
please close my IDFC personal loan account asap.
