I was booking a flight from the website and tried to pay the amount through Google Pay. During the transaction session on Google pay it showed processing and in this duration amount was debited from my account and on the website of yatra.com, it showed transaction session timeout, which meant that the debited amount should be reverted back within **-** hrs as per norms but haven't received the amount till date. Amount was debited on **th of November. Even they are not responding to any of the e-mail sent to their support team.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
