I stay in Homigo Rockwell for about a year now. As per the rental agreement amenities like the gas cylinder, TV, refrigerator, internet, **x* power, cleaning, etc should be provided along with their maintenance. But even after multiple complains, we have not yet received **x* power. The refrigerator is not functioning from the past ** days and even after multiple complains, nothing has been fixed. Now, DTH is not working for * days. Forget about cleaning, basic functionality like water and lift is not available for up to * days at times. Multiple complaints from all the tenants have been raised but with no fix. All the tickets raised and other details can be provided as they were communicated on emails, WhatsApp and phone calls. I want to raise complaints about non-availability of the amenities promised as per the rental agreement.
