I am using Dr. Aquaguard water purifier and after * years i get a call from a company as they are the water purifier initially they said they are from Aquaguard so i agreed but in the bill it was AquaCare which was given after the plan and servicing of the purifier was done.
AMC was for Rs.****. when i signed for the service Filter was changed and then i have to call and request for them to come for servicing which they will not come and when they come i keep a counter to check in how much time the serving is done and it averages below ** minutes no special tools been used.
On June * again i had serviced my purifier which led to a motor change (no idea why it happened as in my family there are only * of us) motor changed for Rs**** (with AMC discount that's what was told to me).I asked for mode of payment which was Gpay or cash
So i made Gpay which was processing (went on for * days) as it was getting delayed i made a cash payment. Later in * days the payment got debited from my account so i started calling for a refund or payback. There customer service number is chargeable call i call every day at lease * - * time (* times disconnected moment its answered) and then i get false promises as payment made long back and i haven't got the amount still.
I would request if the AMC can be canceled and refund me back as its * months i signed up.
Requesting for an action.
