- Amazon Return Pick up delayed for over a month Open

I purchased a mattress from Amazon with my prime membership on July * ****. Order was delivered on July * ****, but due the product being not suitable for me I filed a return request on July ** ****.
Return request was approved and seller called me to say that they will initiate the process of return pick up.
Later, I got call from them saying they don't have a return policy at all. There are emails for this conversation.
I raised an complaint with Amazon regarding the same and they told me the return will be completed by a *rd party courier services called Delhivery.com
I called Amazon support regularly to get an update on this but every time they created a new pick up request with Delhivery but it never got picked up. I have even contacted the courier services but no response from them.
I am stuck with a product which I don't want and paying its EMI to bank.
There's no concrete solution on this from Amazon end.
