I purchased * Tabs from Amazon in June for my kids online School
The tab stopped working in **-** days and the return window had lapsed.
It's been * months since I'm following for a replacement for the detective product. Customer service is just pulling time
In *nd case Amazon issues me a cheque during covid period (June ****) which has no details for what reason it has been issued and which I receive in August n the validity is untill September (*months)
Now when I call customer care for validity update they ask me the details which Amazon never gave
But can't verify it with details that belong to the company that is mentioned on the cheque
