On **th Feb, I have taken new Airtel broadband connection of *** GB plan in Rs ***/- per month + service Tax, on which I have paid * months advance rental to get **% discount. With this new connection, I have been offered * year Amazon Prime membership and * months of Netflix membership. But even after ** days of my new broadband connection, I have not got the promised Amazon prime and Netflix membership. Airtel customer care is not providing help correctly to me on my issue and every time I call them, new person from customer care say that the backend team is looking into it and give us ** hours time to fix and when I call them again after ** hours, they say the same thing again and again. They also say in case of connection cancellation by me, they will not refund the money that I had paid as advance rental of Rs ****/-. Airtel is not able to provide the offer that was promised to me while taking a new connection even after ** days and * days of ticket logging for the same. I want my money to be refunded.
