Amazon.in - Amazon not refunding money fake commitment from executives

I ordered a van Heusen shirt from Amazon.in.i received the product,an also received mesaage(attached). I raised returned request they asked me to dispose the item and will get my refund(screenshot attached). I took an initiative and ask them to schedule the pick up and they received product from me on **th july(screen shot attached), I have been wait for next * days for refund, not received any, I talked to more than ** customer executive,but they only gave commitment.earlier they commited that my issue will get sort out till ** th august, but they didn't, again they commited on ** th august that, issue will resolve within *-** days. Nut they have not resolved.or they not even emailed me regarding this.take an appropriate action against it..They wastedso much of time of mine..I want my refund **** rs.
