Rohit Sharma filed complaint against Ajio on Sep 2, 2022
My last AJIO order (Order ID FN********** ) was Leather jacket which was delivered on *th august . The product which i received was a polyester jacket which was neither shown or described in this product description on AJIO website. The jacket I received was also without tags which suggest it may not be a new one. I am unable to set a return as my account is disabled by AJIO. While contacting AJIO support , they informed that my account was automatically locked due to previous high returned, Irrespective of account locked or unlocked , as per selling terms the product i received was not the product displayed on described in AJIO website. Reaching out to AJIO grievance and they keep replying they can't process this request as my account is locked. I have opened Grievance Number: ******* on consumerhelpline and AJIO is denying any wrong doing from their end.
