Nandavaram Deepak Kumar filed complaint against Airtel xstream broadband on May 8, 2021
As my broadband plan was over when I recharged with **** rs plan after the payment the message displayed on the app was "Payment failed".As the payment for failed I recharged another time then also the payment was failed.
When I called the Airtel customer support they asked me to wait for * hrs.
I didn't get any refund but the plan was updated for *** days which I didn't wanted.
This is an unethical business practice fooling customers making the users pay twice or thrice.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
