Airtel xstream broadband - New WIFI Connection

So I requested WIFI installation on Sunday at **:** a.m., and according to Airtel's agreement, the installations should have been completed within ** hours. First, I received a phone number from Airtel, who texted me and confirmed the internet package. I paid and received a technician's phone number, but he refused to come on Sunday or Monday. Then I made three or four escalations, spoke with three supervisors, and was told different times, such as * p.m., * p.m., * p.m., and then EOD, i.e., * p.m. Then, when I contacted again on Wednesday, they assured me the same thing. Then they instructed me to wait till the next day. They made a **-hour commitment and then postponed it for three days. Every time I was promised a call back from the back-end crew, it never came. I made it clear that I work from home and require this connection. I'd like to file a complaint against Airtel for harrowing me and making false promises, causing me harm.
