I will try to explain you my problem and hope an action will be taken on it.
This my registered mobile number ********** I raised request regarding shift connection which is not happing from last ** hrs I waiting for technician call
I have followed consion team almost will give ** executives and * floor supervisor Shivram and Vignesh and exculation department also still not happen
And tweet in twitter one more guy called me and using fols launguage with me
What type of the respect you people are giving to the customers
And I have cancelled the connected @**th April ****
That day onwards I am tried reach cancelled department to known the payment mode how I will receive the refund
Every one is telling check mode which I don't required the refund has be in orginal payment mode how I have mode
This is the second email I am writing to the customer because no responses comming from airtel *** team
Requesting you to do the needfully asap
