I am currently in UAE and there is no network showing on my airtel mobile phone from the last ** days. I have been using the same phone for the last eleven years and paying the bill amount well in advance. An excess credit of Rs *** can be seen on my airtel relationship number as **********.
Two months back and henceforth, I have highlighted this issue to airtel customer service and also social media platforms but there is no proper response from them. Though, I tried to configure manually but the SIM is not responding.
Please fix it for me as early as possible.
Please do the needful.
