my name is Rakesh nahar.
i am using airtel postpaid network for my number **********.
i have opted airtel secure insurance for my mobile device since july ****. Suddenly my device was damaged and same claim intimated and received on www.airtel.in.
they initiated the same but there is delay from their end.
now i think there should be someone else who can solve this issue and thinking to approach consumer forum.
