my name is Rakesh nahar.
i am using airtel postpaid network for my number 9561223333.
i have opted airtel secure insurance for my mobile device since july 2017. Suddenly my device was damaged and same claim intimated and received on www.airtel.in.
they initiated the same but there is delay from their end.
now i think there should be someone else who can solve this issue and thinking to approach consumer forum.
Resolution Demanded: Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
