Armoghan Hejazi filed complaint against Airtel on Dec 15, 2021
I made an online payment of Rs ****/- to Airtel for my quarterly BB plan through ICICI Netbanking with Transaction BIL/ONL/************/Airtel Paid on Oct **th,****. Seems the payment failed their end and my connection was terminated by Airtel. I contacted them through multiple email and multiple calls on Airtel Service Desk for refund of the failed payment so that i can re-pay and get my connection restored. In each call i tried to reach their team lead as well for he to fix my issue as executives were unable to resolve my issue OR at least share an email confirmation from Airtel that the payment has failed. My ICICI branch manager asked me to get an email from Airtel (at least) to get the amount pulled from the Merchant(Airtel) to my ICICI account. Airtel neither refunded my amount nor sent an email on my repeated plea. Adding to the pain was periodic call from their payment recovery support to make the payment to get the service restored. I had to explain them the case from 'zero' every time. They asked for 'Transaction evidence' which i shared to them(Payment screen shot) over their shared WhatsApp phone numbers and also on email but then no response their end . Till date i am without BB connection because to seek a fresh connection from alternate providers i need to pay hefty installation charges which i am not in a position. I lost money , connection , and got additional pain of no internet since last * months.
