I had an Airtel broadband account which I requested to terminate as I was moving to a location where Airtel does not provide the same service.
now I am chasing Airtel customer care for the last two months for ****/- rs. refund.
not sure if they are going to refund my amount or not. they just keep on asking for the mails on different email IDs and nothing happens.
