Airtel xstream broadband - Airtel Fiber not installed after payment

I registered for the airtel xstream fiber on * Jan ****. I paid **** Rs to the airtel representative using the airtel thanks link. He promised me that the fiber would be installed in *-* days. Now even after * weeks they haven't installed the fiber neither they're picking up my call or anything. Contacted the UP East nodal officer regarding the same and got the response that my issue would be resolved in ** hours, which didn't happened. Nodal officer of airtel is also not picking any call. I needed the fiber for my work. I feel cheated by these Airtel employees and so called nodal officers, technicians, engineers etc.
