Airtel has been defrauding me, of my valuable time and money, ever since I requested a disconnection of my prepaid broadband connection. Airtel has mentioned the number *** to avail of broadband service related issues, when in fact, the number *** never gives an option to request disconnection. Being forced to reach out online, my request for disconnection was met with persuasion to stay with airtel, without actual filing of my request for disconnection. On being charged even after my request, I reached out again via Email. I have clearly mentioned of the urgent need to vacate the premises that I had rented. Without consideration to my previous request, I was charged till the day of Email. In addition the rent, I have lost approximately two months salary. Furthermore, the airtel team, designated locally, has been giving me false promises on when they'll collect the equipment. No one cares in Airtel. I plan to take up the issue with airtel, to collect a total of **,**,***/- I will attach my salary statement, conversations with Airtel broadband staff, and related communication shortly after sorting it.
