AIRTEL BB connection plan upgrade done through airtel app earlier was having ARP *** plan which i have taken **** november i upgrated my plan on **th june **** to ARP *** plan through airtel app for which Rs **** was adjusted against my earlier plan of ARP*** and the remaing amount **** i have paint online. but in july airtel converted my plan to monthly plan without intimation and when i complaint they converted my plan back to ARP(annual rental plan) but is demanding **** rs now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
