I purchased an Airfiber Airtel connection on April **, **** in Kondhwa, Pune. On **th Aug my connection was not working and I tried to raise a complaint on the Airtel App but to be found my whole connection is registered on a different unidentified number. I tried to contact the salesperson who set up my connection, he picked the call for the first time and after that he was also not responding. I called Airtel customer care and they said as the number is not yours, we can't help you. I have paid ****/- as advance and now one is coming to resolve the issue. I have also written an email to Airtel also giving the same reply from the last few days that they are working on it.
Please help me out with this, Thank you.
