I purchased round trip air tickets for * of my family members from MakeMyTrip to travel on February **, **** to travel on the Delhi-Srinagar-Delhi sector on August **, ****, and return on September **, ****. Due to the unprecedented situation in Srinagar (Ground Transportation, Telecommunications, hotels, and restaurants were closed). Due to this situation, I requested a refund of my air ticket purchase amount which they are not responding to.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
