Yatra.com - Airline ticket refund

I had booked two flight tickets through yatra.com from Bangalore to Bangkok on **/**/****. The tickets were cancelled by the airline on **/**/****. I approached Yatra.com for a refund through calls and mails. I have been getting the same answer that the refund will be initiated in **-** days and yatra.com is waiting for a refund from airline . But it has been clearly mentioned in the airline's website that, if the ticket is booked through a travel agent, the refund should also be initiated by the agency . I had bought the travel insurance from yatra.com foreseeing the circumstances like this. But even after trying for six long months for a refund I have been getting the same answer. I have suffered a lot mentally due to this. I have attached the ticket, cancellation mail from the airline and conversation mails from Yatra.com. I request Voxya.com to process my complaint and raise the issue with yatra.com to resolve it as soon as possible.
