Hi,
I had booked for * persons for travelling from Kolkata to Hyderabad on the **th of March ****. I had made the payment and it got debited from my account but the transaction shows payment failed on your side. Amount Rs ****, ref :BIL : GI: ****** , PAYMENT MADE FROM ICICI BANK.
I have send email for the same to goibibo but they do not seem to reply.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
