M S Suresh filed complaint against Cleartrip Flights on Apr 27, 2020
We had booked flights on December **th between MAA --> CCU and back CCU --> MAA travel dates being **th April **** and **th April ****.
The PNR numbers with Indigo is IIRYHW & DFI*KC
and the trip id with cleartrip is ************.
Unrelated to the COVID scenario the airline changed the flight scheduled and offered to cancel without any charge. We took the option of cancelling without charge on March **, **** and submitted the same request with cleartrip on March ** ****. The flights are cancelled with both cleartrip and Indigo yet we have not seen the refund back in our accounts. It has been more than a month now.
Can you please expedite the refunds so that we can get our money back? In this economic atmosphere we can use every penny we have.
