Booking ID - EMT********* PNR - *TAAH* & SK*J*Y Issue with Refund -> Regarding the amount cleared out by StarAir to EaseMyTrip we had a conference call between StarAir (Prathamesh), EaseMyTrip (Deep) & Me (Anshul Nema). And also I have shared a mail with the EaseMyTrip regarding the amount cleared out by StarAir to EaseMyTrip. Here are the details - This is the final amount refunded from StarAir side (called out by Prathmesh) to EaseMyTrip (this is also mentioned in the StarAir_Refund_Mail.pdf attached) - *TAAH* - **** + **** (additional) = Rs. ***** SK*J*Y - **** + **** (additional) = Rs. **** So total of Rs. (***** + ****) = Rs. ***** was refunded by StarAir EaseMyTrip was to confirm the same (with StarAir) & process the refund amount to me accordingly after just cutting the convenience fee of total Rs. ****, which they already confirmed to me previously on a call So I should be getting a refund of ***** - **** = Rs. ***** Now EaseMyTrip has only refunded me ***** + **** (this too after multiple calls with them) = Rs. ***** They are not willing to refund the remaining amount to me & are now telling me that **** service fee will also be cut on this. As a customers have the right to refuse paying service charges for their poor service. I has almost been a week since I have been following up with them for the refund Also the airline charges mentioned in their ticket is not as per the airline fare fees (StarAir in this case - https://starair.in/FaresAndRules). It clears says **** beyond **hrs but EaseMyTrip mentioned something else in their ticket Pending refund from EaseMyTrip side - ***** - ***** ~ Rs. ****. I have been facing this since almost a week & had led to a lot of mental stress, time loss for me to me. Please help in this case
