I had booked two tickets through Easemy Trip as per details below:
Chennai/Delhi **.*.**** Air Asia
Mr Ashok Kappillil, PNR EMT********
Ms Rushali Panicker PNR EMT ********
Air Asia cancelled the flight and they agreed to pay full refund,which they eventually did on *th and *th of March to EaseMyTrip account (Air Asia Ref:******** and ********}. I have been requesting EMT to return my money for the last one week but they refuse saying they haven't got refund from airlines. Air Asia confirms again and again they refunded. I am feeling cheated by EaseMy Trip. Their customer service people totally non cooperative and some of them tal very rudely too. Please help me to get my refund
