Ease My Trip Private Limited - Refund Agianst cancellation due to novel lockdown

Dear Sir,
I have booked round trip from ahmedabad to bagdogra( Sikkim) on *th march and my travelling date are **th march **** and will return on **th march **** to ahmedabad . But on **th march i came to know that Sikkim Government has been locked down the tourist outside the sikkim due to novel covid ** virus . I have made an hotel booking in gangtok through make my trip website and asked them to cancel my booking and refund my money as i am unable to reach there . they refunded my money back to me according to situation . I booked my flight through Ease My trip website and asked them to cancel and refund my money as government is not allowing any traveller to sikkim . They didnt reply me also dint picked up my calls even i mail to indigo also but same they dint answered my call. I have invested my money and due to government advisory i cant travel to my destination . I want my money back as in this situation i cant do anything . Government rules we all have to follow. I am going to lose my ***** Rs without any reason or without my any mistake .
I need my money back . please help.
