Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd make - Air tickets

I had booked one Air Asia Airline ticket from MakeMytrip from Bangalore to Delhi on *st of March ****. I did a big mistake by using MakeMyTrip platform not knowing that they are a cheat company. ticket was cancelled by airlines because of COVID and have initiated the full refund. Its been more than one month still have not heard anything from MakeMyTrip. Their site is pathetic and call centre is non functional. Their Auto chat is worse and their intentions are pretty clear to cheat people. I get a message couple of days back saying they will refund me the credit voucher and no money would be refunded. I HAVE NO PLAN TO TRAVEL IN NEAR ONE YEAR , AND I NEED MY FULL MONEY BACK. MMT issue a voucher of ***** Rs and they have deducted **** Rs for unknown reason. I dont need this credit shell and i want action against MMT for mal practices. I need my full money refunded without any deductions and no credit voucher.

I have already logged one complaint against make my trip , i forgot to mention i did had a quick talk with airasia and according to them they have initiated full refund to my account via reff number : *********. It is makemytrip which is cheating on me by giving a credit voucher with **** rs deducted. I dont need a credit voucher as i dont plan to travel. Also MMT cannot make rules in accordance to their convenience . There was no such rule or regulation which was discussed with me or for which i agreed before making the purchase.
