I booked my air tickets from Lucknow to Chandigarh and back on */*/** at around **..** hrs for */**/** and made the UPI payment thru G Pay. However I dis not receive the tickets in my given e mail ID or on the whatapp. I am trying to contact the yatra team/ customer care but no one picks up the phone. I have tried to contact on mail at night only but again only the automated reply and no action. Hence I am in a thick soup as on side my money is in doll drums and secondly I need to go to Chandigarh urgently. This is such a casual approach by a company like yatra and I have lost faith in it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
