I had booked airlines ticket from Goibibo website in March ** from Air India for mumbai to goa. However due to current scenario the flights have kept on hold. I have been following with airlines and goibibo for refund but they are not resolving my issue. Airlines are saying to contact Goibibo and Goibibo is asking to follow up with Airline. I have been following up for the refund since the lockdown began but still my money is stuck. Had called both the customer care for the same but no sucess. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.
