I have booked Airticket for * passengers from Bangalore to Pune on **th May ****. The ticket is for travel on **th May **** on go air. After booking I got a call from travolook immediately informing me that my ticket is cancelled due to operational reasons and amount will be refunded in * week. From that time many emails were sent and many times I have contacted them over phone. Every time they site some problems at merchant bank and never refunded the money.
