Last **th March **** O have lodge a complaint that my air cooler pump is not working , although the cooler is in warranty, many times I have called the customer care but they didn't bother to entertain my problem , mentally I am exhausted many times , in between their service ye call and then every time they are giving me the new dates to repair the same.
