This is to bring to your notice the unprofessional way my minor daughters visa was handled twice in a span of one month both in Goa and Kolkata.

On **th July we had an appt for Schengen visa for Czech Republic in Goa and we flew from Mumbai , we were told the application forms have changed hence she being minor they would need parents signature, as she had gone with her aunt the same could not be done in a day and visa could not be processed, we had availed of the premium service too they went thru all docs did not tell what else was needed. The form what we took was the one we got with appointment letter.

On *st Aug we got appointment for Kolkata, we flew there a day in advance, finished all the formalities, completed the biometrics paid **K total for visa and VFS premium service. We even got a mail at *.**pm saying Visa application Ref No KOLK/******/****/** had been forwarded to Delhi on */*/****. (Mail attached)

At *pm we get a call saying that due to Technical glitch the appointment stands VOID & CANCELLED and they will refund us the money back.
This is totally unacceptable and why did it take them ** days to find the technical glitch that too after all the process was diligently followed...why should we pay a price twice for VFS mistakes. We spent money on tickets/hotels etc and you just waive your responsibility off by saying glitch??

My husband is handicapped hence it's difficult for us to take her for holidays, she was looking forward to this trip with her aunt who stays in Czech Republic. My child is totally disappointed , its not fair on your part to play with emotions.
