- After service not given Closed
Hi I purchased this ** ltr geyser from havells on **/**/**** under warranty of * years Wich will expire on ** / ** /**** . My geyeser broke down during August and repeatedly I am calling the company and every day they are giving me a reference number along with an otp which is they said to give to technician who is supposed to contact me on with ** to ** hrs but it's for months now no service provided . They just want to spend this days here of December so that they don't have to give any service to us .I have old parents in my house . And my ** months old daughter .. they have to suffer every day due to cold because in Kolkata we receive early winter .please help
