Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a grievance regarding a Havells room heater purchased on **th October through the Flipkart platform. The product has not been functioning properly since purchase. Upon contacting Flipkart, I was informed that there was no return option available and I must raise a complaint with the Havells service center. Accordingly, I registered a complaint with Havells on **th October **** and handed over the product to the service center on **nd October. Since then, despite multiple follow-ups and repeated grievance registrations with Havells, the product has neither been repaired nor replaced. There has been no meaningful update, causing significant inconvenience and disappointment. Still unresolved despite multiple follow-ups I request your urgent intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest, either by repairing the product promptly or providing a replacement/ refundas per consumer rights. Kindly treat this as a priority grievance and share a written resolution timeline. Thanking you,
