Havells - Gyser Installation pending since 6 days

I have purchased havells instant gyser from Reliance Digital rajendra nagar store indore on **/**/****. Installation is not done even after * days. Store is forwarding my call to service center. They are forwarding to electrician. Now they are telling me that he is not agreeing to come. I am waiting for him from *:** am. It has been over six hours still I haven’t got any electrician or any update from them. This is the worst after sales service i have ever came across. Such a pathetic after sales service from Reliance Digital.
